Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
All cleaning services must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or email. We require at least 24 hours notice for all appointments.
We understand that sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
If our cleaning team arrives at your property and is unable to gain access within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the appointment may be considered cancelled and cancellation fees may apply.
You agree to provide our cleaning team with access to your property at the scheduled time. If you prefer not to be present during the cleaning, you may provide a key or access code. All keys and access codes will be kept secure and confidential.
While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your belongings, Vibrant Living is not responsible for damage or loss of valuables including but not limited to jewelry, cash, collectibles, art, or antiques. We recommend securing such items before our arrival.
Please inform us if you have pets in your home. While our team is pet-friendly, for the safety of your pets and our staff, we recommend securing pets during the cleaning service.
If our cleaning team encounters what they believe to be hazardous conditions (e.g., mold, bloodborne pathogens, pest infestations), they may stop the service and you will be notified immediately.
Our pricing is based on the type and frequency of service selected. Prices are subject to change with prior notice. Any quotes provided are estimates only and final pricing may vary based on the actual condition of your home.
We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Accounts not paid within 7 days of the service date will be assessed a late fee of 5% per month on the outstanding balance.
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the areas of concern at no additional cost.
Vibrant Living is insured for general liability. While we take great care in providing our services, we are not responsible for damage due to faulty or improper installation of items, or normal wear and tear. If damage occurs due to our negligence, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
